Group run. Thought we were meeting at UVic, so I was late. Had a 10-minute warm up, then more hill intervals. Half the hill at tempo, then the full hill at steady, for 4 sets. I think I'm running my tempos too fast, because one of the other runners caught up with me when I was doing my cool down. He said his set was half at hard, and the full at tempo. I always thought they were pretty much the same thing.
Also, I had a 20-minute cool down, which got me part way home, but I didn't want to overdo it, so I got to the bus stop to get the rest of the way (John had the car). Of course then the next bus didn't actually show up, so by the time I got home, I could have run there faster. Oh well.
