    Ran what I could, walked the small hills. I'm on Day 5 of the Whole30 eating plan and my body is feeling the lack of sugary carbs.

    Ended up walking most of this, but made myself run a little when I hit each 1/4 mile marker. Pain in both feet, lasted through the next day.

    Ran 3 laps, walked 1, repeated until 4 miles. Right heel hurt a lot, messed with my stride and led to other foot pain.

    Another walk. Parked at one of the Struble lots and walked a mile to the farmers market. Then, walked back to my car loaded up with bags of delicious, locally & humanely raised meat. Win win!

    Right heel still hurting, but it was gorgeous and I wanted (needed) to get in some miles today. So I walked. For SIXTY minutes. And it was SO BORING. And now my heel is throbbing.

      kudos for walking :-) 2 years ago I had an ankle injury and during recovery, I walked for about 6 weeks. terribly boring!
