      YAY!! That's awesome, Lisa!! I'm so happy you got to be in a race. I can't believe it has only been 12 weeks. :) Good for you!! Your speed will return. TRUST ME on this one. :) Happy 12 weeks to wee Tommy.

      It takes time! I've had 3 and each time recovery was different. Carrying and then delivering a baby is a huge deal. You'll get back to where you were soon, I promise!!

      I finally experienced that crappy side effect! Seven miles, did not pee beforehand. Ugh. Also.... Still, the jumping jacks. Awesome miles though Lisa! :-). Hope you enjoyed the crisp fall day.
