8:01 warm up, 7:28, 7:02, 6:39, then 8:03 cool-down.
This made a "boring" tm run a little bit more "fun"- Started at level/speed 7.0, then increased by 0.5 until 8.5 on mile 4. Kinda liked it! Posted an article on my blog today about treadmill running and keeping the "mental momentum". check it out!!

Good workout and I agree, I would much rather do a pace or tempo run on the tread mill then a long slow run.
