good PRR New Years' Day 5K 3.1 mi 00:23 07:15 pace

Considering my December mileage was all of 42 miles total...I have to say- I pull off a pretty decent "5K with no training" time. Course was a little hilly and a few zig-zags (part was on the W&OD trail in Reston). Managed to somehow get a 3rd place in my AG. Definitely ready to say "goodbye" to 2011 and a big "hello" to a new year. I had a really great running year in 2010, was inconsistent with my running in 2011...Let's see if I can get some PR's done in 2012! First day of spring marathon training starts tomorrow..Bring it!!!!!
