    8:01 warm up, 7:28, 7:02, 6:39, then 8:03 cool-down.
This made a "boring" tm run a little bit more "fun"- Started at level/speed 7.0, then increased by 0.5 until 8.5 on mile 4. Kinda liked it! Posted an article on my blog today abou... read more

  9. great 8.5 mi / 01:04 07:31 pace

Easy 1 mile warm up. 6 "tempo-paced" miles, then 1 mile cooldown on the 'mill. Am I a terrible mom to say it was so nice to have a "break" from my kids who had fun at the gym's child center while I ran.

Almost 5 miles..Cut it a little short due to a lot of traffic. Absolutely beautiful morning. A little windy, but still gorgeous. A nice easy run to start the week. Time to gear up for the National Half in Washington D.C.- now less than 2 weeks away.
