I am blessed with an ENTIRE network!!! We have a huge women's running group, and a few guys whose testosterone is strong enough to stand running with a bunch of ESTROGEN...LOL!!!! Truthfully, we scare most of the guys away, we are TOUGH and pretty nutty. Its all good though, we still let the guys play too if they want...we are an equal opportunity bunch of CRAZIES :D

I can't wait to hit the heavy weights. I have always avoided it because running is hard to do with heavy muscle, but I think I've changed my mind. I have discovered you can lift heavy if you lift right and build lean muscle and strength without bulking up. Its all such a learning process and I love new adventures!!!!

CHRIS!!!!! I thought of you while I ran that loop. There was a sign on the fence that said, beating cancer ONE LAP at a time. It was my focal point and it kept me going along with those beautiful amazing survivors. My uncle has throat cancer and is currently in treatment, I just kept thinking of him and all the others. They are SO STRONG and what fighters they are!!!!!

Oooh, Lisa! Getting outside. I like it! Hang on, did I hear you say Mach Tenn?! Seriously, you'll love that race! It's my favourite! But you need to sign up! It's in 2-1/2 weeks! The swim is fun, but seems longer than 1k. The bike and run are beautiful! Hope to see you there!

Swimming saves my life, well and you kinda have to swim to do triathlons, but even if I never did another one, I'd keep swimming. Its amazing for repairing damage to sore beaten muscles and its great NONimpact exercise. Its a WIN-WIN!!!!
