    I think we overdid our workout yesterday. Running/Walk today was slow, sluggish and I felt like my legs were made of lead! Might run a 5K on Saturday so this is not good news...advice is welcome...

      I live in GC. Never ran around the track but run the park a lot. Hope your foot feels better & great job on your 5k training!

      My workout partner and I use the track only because we can literally keep "track" - which for HER is pretty important at this phase, but which I wish we could break soon. I did make her walk the park last week with me so that she'd see it wasn't so scary. She's from out of state, and doesn't know where anything is, so she kind of flips out when she doesn't recognize where she is - flips out in a hysterically funny way, though, not crazy! hahahaha
