Set my Garmin up to do 4x800's, started off and realised it wasn't tracking any distance in the 3k warm up, not sure what was up but it wouldn't do the GPS thing - anyway, that didn't matter cuz I got yelled at from across the river by the lovely Nic A. - she met me at the middle bridge (she didn't want to swim across, not sure why?) - and we ran the rest of the track together, at what I'm pretty sure was a good tempo pace. So not what I planned, but a good run - and good work out, can't ask for more than that! (and a sunny day - yay! I was getting tired of the rain)
