Warm up on the treadmill before Centergy Class - haven't really done those classes before, but I'm going to try and fit in 1-2 a week as part of marathon training, hopefully it will help keep the body stretched and strong (that's my theory anyway ;))

    yeah - yoga/pilates/core ... I've never done a lot of either so don't know how much of it is what, but definitely feels like a good stretch and reasonable workout :)
