Love the map with the round and round the track showing ;) Pretty good effort - nice and early before it gets hot and as much as I whinge about early morning, I'm always glad it is done and the rest of the day is free :)
There is warming up and cooling down included in that time -
3x800s - 4:16 (5.14/k), 4:01 (4.52/k), 4.04 (4.59/k) and 1x400 - 1:58 (4:42/k)
