Gee this was a hard run - it might not have been a good idea to go do my PT session at the gym, get home, get Charlotte off to school and then decide to run before having breakfast, not to mention it was darn hot! Interestingly, my pace stayed the same the whole run but my heartrate went up, and up, and up!
