      Lisa you don't have you to prove yourself to anyone. We all know how amazing you are and how strong you are. This is just a small bump in the road and it's smarter to pull out and be that much stronger for Colfax, Steamboat and Aspen. Sorry I missed you out there but I am still damn proud of you.

      Thanks guys. Shayla has been petitioning the store to make a sticker that says "Run for Fun". I agree. This has been a fun year so far, and we still have 7 months left. Love running with you all!

    Started at a 10 minute mile for a warm-up and 2.0 incline. Played with the incline and ended at a 7:30 mile pace.
