    It was a blast! Except for my knee not cooperating. Mile 8 knee went - hobbled to the finish. Slow time but I made it.
    Great Time with the girls. Perfect weather.

      I hate the treadmill too... I'm to the point that it takes something extreme to get me on the 'mill now because it actually ends up being worse for my mental well-being! :-) Nice job getting it done though!
