      Yes, you ran that's all that is important ..... Trust me you will be running , 5 k and be like that was easy , I can do it !!! it Rocks ... I did a 10 k , program and I ran the Vancouver sun run at the end , thats 10k and rocked it and felt like a rock star lol .... Congratulation's keep it up

      Angela, I was one of the many sitting on the curb watching the runners go by during the Sun Run. That day, I felt so inspired seeing so many people of all ages and fitness levels running by, I decided that, next year, I would be one of them!
