    Met with with Matt S. Mike S. Bob and Bill - went out for 10 - but I felt pretty weak, so stopped at 8.5 with Matt and Bob. We had rain for 8 of the 8.5 - but that felt darn good!!!

    Mike S. and Bill and I hit the track for 300 repeats. 1.6 mile warm up, 8x300 with 200's between. I hit mine right around 1:09-1:12. Cool down mile in the refreshing rain!
