    Met Mike S. at 5:15am!!!! We ran around awhile - I got home - made a protein shake, took Maddie to school - then met Lisa at 8am for another run. I'm kinda tired now.

    Mike S. , Bill, Jim, Steve and I headed out for all sorts of different distances - Steve and Jim stopped around 3, Bill and I got in 10 and Mike was almost to 13. It was a scorcher out there!
