    Poor Maddie was up all night w some stomach flu / virus -- it was horrible. Needless to say - sleep did not occur -- She finally fell asleep around 730am and I went out for a zombie run

      As much as it pains me to say, running without a watch really is a healthy thing to do on a routine basis. We don't *need* a watch except for key workouts, so why wear one? Mind you, this is a pot calling kettle black, so...
