    thank goodness I've saved up shows to watch - will def need some entertainment this winter (fall!). Warm up 1mile, then 400, 200, 100 all around 6:50 pace x 4, then cool down.

      At least you can watch stuff while running on the TM. I struggle at that. I just stare straight ahead. The hardest part for me is going that long without talking to someone. LOL #ConfessionsOfASocialRunner
