Run healthy and injury free.
Run a marathon in 4 hours or less and try to be nice to everyone while training :-P
Living the dream. BQ -5 min at Jacksonville 12/29 since my -10 sec qualifier didn't hold up for 2014.
NYC Marathon in November
to run a sub 30 min. 5K, and eventually, a 2 hr 30 min half.
Run a half marathon in February 2013!
Beach to Battleship Iron Distance Triathlon 2015!! (2 hours faster than I did in 2008)

I never want to chase the wind. I want to continuously run for a reason.
My current goal is to finish my 3rd marathon, 1st marathon post Lyme disease.
