HOLY WIND! I swear these count as double miles! Resistance times 10! LOL! Nice run with Jen and it looks like its turning into a weekly Thursday night run! Totally ill prepared for this today, lack of sleep, not enough fuel and slightly dehydrated...but its done!


Oh, and only one more week of torture - I mean prom season! LOL! Maybe then life can go back to normal!

LOL, "these count as double miles." Love it. Totally feels like they should! Great job pushing through it, Lisa. Hope the new shorts work out! I didn't start to have problems with mine until around mile 6. Anything beyond that, and you might want to get some Body Glide.
