Really wanted to run outside today but the sky was looking kind of ominous so I opted for the gym just to be safe!
New shoes (Adidas Glide) gave me blisters in the same spot again...in a place that no other shoes have given me blisters before...the side of my heel, almost on my ankle! Strange!
Long run tomorrow and the weather is looking VERY promising!
