The hills are still K-I-L-L-E-R!!!! Beautiful day outside. 55 and sunny and a nice cool breeze. Not really slacking on my running during vacation but not exactly keeping up with my goals either. Still on track to keep 20 miles this week...just taking it one day at a time!
