This run really reminded me that I can do anything that I put my mind to! I havent slept more than 5 hours the last 2 nights and I am reaching my peak season at work so things are kind of nutso. The first .20 miles I felt like I wasnt going to make it very far. But by the time I made it to 1 mile I decided that I could keep pushing forward. So I did...ran .85 and walked to finish out each mile and eventually I made it to 4 miles!
Its days like today that make my stellar runs outside that much more enjoyable! It wasnt pretty, but its done!

Personally, I find running a welcome distraction from work, especially in the busy times, but it can be hard to fit in. Well done for getting out there!

Actually @Sandra E. I do clothing alterations and this time of year is prom/wedding/spring wardrobe season! Its pure insanity for about 3 months!
@Jim R. It is a welcome distraction! Sleep deprivation doesnt make it easy but I do always feel better afterwards!
