      She loved them! She said they had a lot of cushion which she liked. I was supposed to go to the gym last night so I didn't have mine with me. This was a bummer b/c I am dying to try them out! I guess I will check 'em on Sunday at Gulf Coast. Let me know how you like yours. Have fun!

      @ Sean-you are welcome! I am not sure if I am going to give it back to Amy...lol @ Kim-the warm salt bath definitely beats the ice bath! I'm hoping to get a muscletrac for my b-day! In the meantime I am thankful Amy loaned it to me. @ Drake-I feel the same way! We did have a great run. I'm doing everything I can for these dang shins!! ugh!

      Great sounding run Lisa!!! It doesn't matter how many miles it takes to warm up, when the miles at the end are faster, That shows how much stronger you are getting.
