I'm not sure why I bother running. My walking is much faster. I keep being told that it will improve...I'm beginning to wonder if that is really true for me. I meet with my pulmonologist next month. That will be a question for him. But honestly, I'm just thankful I can get out and exercise! I'm approaching the year post op mark and I will be celebrating with a 50 mi bike ride for the ADA and the Disney Princess half marathon. The mere fact that I can get out and do those things with only minor limitations is good enough for me.

This was a 1:1 interval. I tried extended that with no luck. I think I will stick with what works for the race.
