After almost 3 weeks off due to sinus infection/bronchitis, I decided to ease back into activity with an easy walk. It felt really good to get my heart rate up and sweat a little. It's amazing how that works. You have to drag yourself off the couch to get motivated when you first start getting into fitness. It's really hard sometimes. Then once you get into it, your body misses it and it's like your day just isn't complete without some sort of exercise. I've felt like such a lump over these weeks. I just hope I can get back into it enough to ride 50 miles in 4 weeks and run my 1/2 marathon in 5 weeks!!

That sucks that you were sideline with sickness for 3 weeks. That's a really fast walking pace, so you should have no problem finishing the half marathon before the cut-off.
