This was a horrible run. I made the mistake at eating not-so-healthy food for lunch. I am learning that I cannot eat that way any more. It just kills me! Halfway through the run I got a pretty severe stitch in my left side. I had to walk through 2 complete intervals slowing me down a lot. Now I know for future runs. No more junk for me!!
