A little slower today. My legs felt heavy and tired. I did a 2:1 interval and was able to maintain. I did walk one complete interval due to a high heart rate. If I would have ran all of them, I probably would have done a little better. I need to run first thing in the day rather than the last. But sometimes that's just too early!!
