It's nice to know that taking a break didn't effect my time much. I'm doing the Galloway method and it seems to be doing the trick for me. I may have to do the entire half marathon in a 1:1 interval. But I need to pick up the pace a little if I'm going to finish. It's a minimum 15 min pace!
