I finally got to get out and actually do some exercise! Unfortunately after about 10 min my Garmin died so I didn't get to finish the whole thing doing my intervals. So I simply walked briskly keeping my heart rate up to at least get that benefit. It felt good getting back out after such a long hiatus!
