This was my first group run. I have to say that it definitely made the whole thing easier. It was the fastest pace I've sustained in any of my running! I run with a 30:60 group meaning we run 30 seconds, walk 60 seconds. It really surprised me that I could go faster this way. Hopefully I will continue to improve and accomplish my goals!!
