This was the first year for it...it's at Disney World in Orlando, FL during the Food and Wine festival. It was at night (Starting at 10pm) with an after party in EPCOT. I'm sure they will do it again next October!

Bike trainers are supposed to be a really great workout even if it seems like a slower speed. They are so tough and for me, boring which I think makes it even harder!! Great job!! It will pay off. I wish I would even take 30 minutes on my trainer more often. I think it would help me.

I didn't realize it was actually useful. I always thought it was kinda like the treadmill...it'll do in a pinch. Hopefully I will be able to be faster on the road. Otherwise my time in the tri will be slower than last year!

I'm going to send you a link to your fb email a youtube video of a drill someone shared with me last year that I have noted helps my weekend rides when I miss my mid-week rides. It is really weird, but even 30 minutes of this thing helps. I wish I had done it this week!
