So the summer schedule at the Y includes a weekly yoga class by the pool. Imagine the serenity of the morning as the sun comes up, stretching and posing in it's warmth....unless there were monsoon rains the night before, leaving the morning gray and cold :) Yup. This morning's class moved inside, so we'll have to hope for the sunrise next week! Still a great class. I haven't been to yoga in over a year, and my runner's legs have been begging for the stretches. It was a nice start to my day!
