I ditched my bike in the back of my car and "took off" for the final leg of my workout. I use the phrase "took off" loosely, as I was not moving very quickly. In fact, I never really found much speed in this run. I was tired. I made a pit stop (at a real bathroom!) at Riverside Park and made my way along the river back toward the Y. As I rounded the building, there was Ted K. , cheering me across the finish line. Thank you, Ted, for the encouragement and the extra nudge :)

    Good work Lisa. You still had a spring in your step at the end, so I think you still had some gas left. Better pick it up next week.
