    Steady run tonight, first mile @ 6:10 to let out some steam. Took more effort to run than I would have liked. cool out with some head wind on the bridge.

    2 marathon paced miles day before Boston. didn't run with a watch, went by feel. hot today, and tomorrow's race will be hotter.

    short easy run. Legs feeling crappy, quads beat up. My guess is it's due to the fact that my hamstrings are tight, and possibly my diet.

    First 3 miles close to MP, then slowed things down. Right hip and ITB were bit tight. Too much crazy traffic on Mass Ave tonight but it does offer a well lit street. 9 long days left until Boston!
