    Made it the whole way, plus Natalie pushed me a little at the end to make it an even three. I can get to six by our 10K in October, right?!

    Only one major tree down, blocking the run/walk path. Lots of debris.

    Ran the first 3.28 miles and walked the rest. Getting better at figuring out what foods I need to eat so I actually have energy. Felt great!

    Third early morning at the gym...and it's FREEZING outside. Good way to start off my final day at work, though! (25 min elliptical, 10 min walk, 10 min weights.)

    Second early morning at the gym (after going to bed at 9:30pm!). Bike, elliptical and walked it out. Alternated squats and lat pulls to end it. Feeling good.

    Took the bike out for the first time in a while...rode straight into the wind and up lots of hills but still made it in time to catch the second half of the game with Dad.

    I know it's been a tough day when a run sounds like a good idea. :) Felt good. Went well. Gorgeous night.
