  19. Just completed my first run since my marathon. I was VERY slow but happy to get it in. I'm back on plan today with my dedication to fitness and good nutrition for all of 2013. Bring it!

  20. I'm trying to set a mileage goal for 2013. The most I've ever run in a year is 413 miles. Should I aim for 500 miles in 2013? I'm thinking YES! :0)

      Girl, I'm HELLA slow, all the time and I've done 3 fulls and 11 halfs. It isn't about speed, it's about doing it for YOU. Keep me posted on the happenings! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

      That's inspiring, Lindsey! Thanks for sharing, that was just what I needed to hear!! :D I'm doing this for the peace of mind / mental clarity I get from it (I focus so much on running that other thoughts / stresses can't seep in) and to get in better shape.
