      it's not painful which is nice but frustrating cause i just want to go run but every now and then it lets me know it's there. the tape job on it is good i get it redone twice a week. probably another 5 weeks or so. frustrating. surprised you are still having foot troubles as well but glad you can run on it without too much trouble.

      Ah that's ok! You'll be better in no time! I can run without pain - physio is because I'm so close to my marathon. I will start rehab after the marathon to make sure it doesn't happen again. I'm super lucky.

    this was fun. never done this before. it was a beautiful night. way harder to dodge people on a bike than on foot running.

    felt great. did the first 7k easy then started to accelerate to 4:45 per-k to test that out. felt pretty decent! and i'm wearing SHORTS!
