    first run since Toronto 1/2 so was good - came close to barfing at the end!

    the first mile felt horrible - like I was going to gnaw off my own leg and barf at the same time. But I pushed through and then I felt great.

    The wind was making white cap waves!! Felt like I had cement legs but overall it was fun to just run and enjoy the chocolate! Walked through all the "water" stops and enjoyed!!
