Where to start. This morning sucked! I was stressing last night about when to do my speed work. I was supposed to do crossfit this morning, but everyone decided last minute to cancel and go to the track at 5. I didn't get the messages until this morning when it was too late for me to get to the track so I was on my own. I headed out from my house and ran to Bearden Middle track. I was supposed to do 2 mile repeats. HOLY BUGS! I was completely covered in bugs when I finished. It was disgusting. My eyes, ears, mouth and nose were full of bugs! I was just covered in them. I was miserable. I thought once I left the track it would get better, but they followed me or something! This work out sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
