      I'm guessing that if you are running more than 5 miles at a 9:20ish pace, you are needing to re-fuel a little somewhere about 45 minutes into your workout, or around mile 5. Just a suggestion. Also, do you eat a lot of carbs, or just eat 'like you always have'? You might try adding a few extra carbs in your diet.

      Linda, I know the "pros" on here will say that you don't need to refuel unless you run over an hour. For me personally, anything over 4 miles, I take some GU chomps with me. It helps me a lot! Everyone is different...you just have to see what works for you!
