    Good! Columbia is SUPER HILLY!!!! We got lost a couple of times on the trail and had to backtrack.. we also made a potty break and water refill at J's parent's house :) Overall we had a great run!

    GREAT! Got in a great run today. Ran with my iPhone for the first time in a LONG time.. Just felt like I needed some music to run to and I think it did the trick! :)

    Did a boxing workout with the trainer.. had a good work out. My feet hurt super bad from walking around all day on in DC with my nieces for the past three days but I still got my workout in!

    Ran with my pace group today. A bit slower than normal but we did take two potty breaks :) Felt great and I feel like I accomplished so much! :) YAY!!!

    Great!! I kept thinking the sky was going to fall in on me so I ran a bit faster than normal ;) I beat the thunderstorms home though so I didn't get rained on!! :) Boy was it humid though!

    Ran by myself for the first time in a LLOOONNNGG time and with NO music! I ran at my 2:2 pace.

    I'm proud of myself that I was able to keep up my regular pace and didn't slow down that much! :)
