    BRRRRRR..... in the 20s with some serious wind. Mother Nature must be copping one of her "bitchitudes" today. :) At least the sun was shining!!! Loving that GoreTex running suit.

    Went well today. No stomach issues for a change. Yay! Five miles with some vigor. Had a bit of trouble speeding it up as much as I should have on the pickups, but still good.

    OK today. Actually a bit warmer than it has been. Sun is shining! Not a cloud in the sky.

    Did not run yesterday. :( Worst case of acid reflux in months. Will do tomorrow. Today; only 3 miles with fartlek. Better than not running.

      Three miles is excellent! Thank you for your kind words! Hope the reflux is better. Try some apple cider vinegar. Sounds odd, but that will stop it! :)

    Wind gusts of what felt like 100 miles per hour all throughout the run. I definitely did a "resistance" type of run. The six miles were probably moderate; but it was hard to tell.

    At least it was sunny and somewhat warmer (mid 30s) today. Not a bad run, but I thought it could have been better.
