    This data is from the treadmill. Fun experiment, though - my watch has an indoor treadmill mode. That mode said I was averaging between 9:40 and 10 pace. I think I trust the treadmill belt more ... read more

      Interesting experiment. I've never tried that mode on my watch. It's funny how I always just blindly trust the treadmill stats.

    if you go later in the day, natural light doesn't get in as much and you get a cool blue glow in the pool.

    counted the brief break while I switched lanes.

    basically 440 yd in 14 and change, then 120 mixed back/breast (wow, those strokes are slower), then the rest free again.
