    Feeling better with the rope. I'm up to 5 min intervals with a 2 minute rest between. The rope still makes my legs and whole back feel wrecked after these short workouts.

      Makes you stronger upstairs when you push through it. Today was a matter of 1 to few layers on my lower half. If I had that I would have been fine.
