good Boo, dreadmill. 3 mi 00:33 10:50 pace

After a heavy dinner of spicy eggplant (yummmmm!), I definitely needed this run. It is definitely on my plan (was supposed to run 3 miles today- week 3 of half-marathon training), but it was extra motivation. Being a mom to a nearly 1-year-old means I have to do my runs on the dreadmill late at night (can't go outside during the evening because it's 100+ degrees)... kinda sucks. Well, anyway, I'm down to 108 pounds (woo woo!) and basically back down to a fighting weight. If only I could PR at the NWM 2012!

Anyway, wow, rambling. Tomorrow will be my longest run since Lucas was born- 7 miles, according to the plan, and on a bum leg (I whacked it HARD on the baby gate!). Pray I can get through this! Anyway, must be going... the little boy is screeching!

Nice job getting that run in no matter what! The spicy eggplants would have kept me from running, not to mention the rest of it!

I want to cry when I get on the dreadmill...but sometimes as a mama it's the only option available. Great job!!!
