Pretty good pace. I'm slowly trying to get back to where I was! However, it is difficult to do when I'm on the treadmill late at night, and it's right after I've had dinner. :(

Awesome job!!!!! Running helped kicked my PPD for good. It was the best decision I made, and I totally understand the lack of sleep issue. My little dude woke up, on average, 3 times a night when I started half marathon training again...But you can do it! Just make sure you're getting enough nutrition so you don't bonk on the long runs.

Nice job getting that run in no matter what! The spicy eggplants would have kept me from running, not to mention the rest of it!

If you run more you'll hopefully have more energy, even with the lack of sleep. I'm sorry he's not sleeping more yet, but it'll come soon. Great job fitting some in! It only takes little bursts at a time like this to really add up!
