    Good! Once again, on the beach no clue how far I actually went. I want to live here! This beach is nice to run on its nice and hard. Would never be able to do it in va beach!

      Va Beach does have great trails that a solid surfaces for running:)

      ummm yeah, but I was talking about the beach. Were I was the beach is hard and really easy to run on....VB sand is soft

    Can't believe I am saying this, but I needed a break from running. NO way that I am hitting the goal of 1000 miles this year.....not going to happen. At this rate, I am lucky with 600.

      Girl I hear ya! If I could right now I would! I've missed enough and can't miss anymore or I'll pay at the marathon in May! I just looked and I have 257 training miles till the marathon (thats over the next 9 weeks...)... :( whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

    Shamrock 8K, It was a great day! The weather was perfect!! Couldn't have been better. We had soooooo much fun, and our outfits made it that much better!!! What a fun race!!
