After my yoga session I did:
15 push ups
10 side leg swings
10 front leg swings
Went out for 2 miles and it felt pretty good. I think my hips have been hurting when sitting all day but are pretty good whenever I am moving!
After my jog I did:
30 crunches
20 bicycle crunches
20 reverse crunches
15 side planks (r)
30 crunches
15 side planks (l)
40 russian twists
Rock that core! :)
Finish up with pigeon pose *sigh*
