good short jog and some PT moves! 1 mi 00:09:30 09:30 pace

I wanted to try to get a short jog in more often even if it's half a mile to a mile. My cardio felt really shot today, but I guess that's what happens when you can't really run or bike (and don't like swimming) for 5 months! haha. I'll get back to it! I'm just pumped to be back in my running shoes!

After my jog I did my PT work that I had learned:
3x10 clamshells
3x10 leg lifts
3x10 bridges
