    I am on a mission to get back into my yoga practice! This class was a nice vinyasa with some challenging pieces -- like working on handstand!

    Tried a new class in NYC at Circuit of Change. It was a combo of yoga, martial arts, HIIT, and meditation! Fun class that you definitely sweat during!

    I have my Spaulding National Running Center gait analysis soon and I know once I start I can't run unless I'm there, so I wanted to get a few miles in! Felt pretty good for the most part!

    Even though I was dying from my double workout yesterday, I really enjoyed class with Chrissy. I was trying to focus on my form even more today since my body was tired.

    I wasn't sure what was up with the pedals in class, but it turned out that a screw came out of my shoes! Almost had my foot go flying out in the middle of class!
