I really didn't plan on walking this afternoon. I've been on my feet all day and my ankle/foot has been aching but it was so beautiful outside.

I'm starting to feel like I'm getting back into pre-injury shape. I've got ice on the foot now because it's a little achy.


I've noticed I favor one certain class instructor because she tells y ou all of those little details like "make sure your weight is on your heels, your lower back should be touching the mat, don't let your knee extend over your toes". It's amazing the difference it makes! 40 minute of ab work rocks!!!!!

I like that I can do just the steps and the instructor breaks them down. I do pretty good following that. Then it gets a little dicey when it's at actual pace. Oh well at least I'm working out.
